Which insulated panel is best for me?
Coldstore EPS Panel
EPS panels consist of internal and external colourbond skins laminated to expanded polystyrene, a low density, high strength foam which is self-extinguishing when exposed to flames. Each panel has a male and female edge which click together in a simple ‘tongue and groove’ system.
In addition to their traditional use for coolrooms and freezers, our customers have used EPS panel for zoo enclosures, coolrooms trailers, caravan annexes, domestic wine cellars, office partitioning, spray booths, mezzanine floors ……..

Fire Rated PIR Panel
PIR fire resistant panels are constructed from polyisocyanurate which is a medium density, high strength foam which chars when exposed to flame.
The high performance PIR core provides cost savings to the customer by way of reduced energy costs and reduced insurance risk for fire and cyclone. It also allows for a reduced thickness of construction compared to EPS panel.
PIR panels are hygienic and fibre free making them suitable for environments where hygiene and temperature control are paramount. This would include food processing, deep freeze, clean rooms for the pharmaceutical and bio-technology industries.
These panels have FM Approval.
Mineral Wool Panel
Mineral wool panels are constructed from molten rock which has been spun into a wool-like fibre bound with resin. It does not burn when exposed to flame.
These panels are non-combustible and have the added benefit of acoustic properties. Mineral wool panels are ideal for use in data centres, plant rooms and other extreme environments.
These panels have FM Approval.
